yeah what a bunch of scam artists! they got me good had to go through paypal to cancel the auto payments.

These guys are scum, there is no way to cancel via their site or on ebay. The only way after spending hours online and on phone to ebay, is through your paypal account.

Here is how:

To disable your PayPal authorisation, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. In your 'Settings' go to the 'Payments' section. Select 'Cover Genius' from your list of pre-approved payments.
3. Select 'Automatic payments'.
4. Select 'Cover Genius Pty Ltd' in the left panel.
5. Click 'Cancel' and follow the instructions.

The jerks have their name under 'Cover Genius' not xcover for extra confusion.

Hopefully you purchased with paypal, otherwise you'll need to try and contact xcover direct on 855 928 5302 and get them to cancel. Also I would ring your bank to block payments made to them for extra security. 

You open your Xcover account and you are directed back to Ebay with no LINK to where tho cancel the policy. Both Ebay and Xcover are thieves who make it as difficult as possible to cancel a policy. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why Xcover can't put a simple radio button on your account against the policy to cancel.  The Only reason is that Xcover don't want to lose the annual premium.

Do you mean an Xcover account or have you bought a Samsung Galaxy Xcover phone and want to cancel the purchase?
