ALL the sellers you have chosen to buy from in the past month who have left you feedback are in Hong Kong and China and all have awful feedback

It's just about impossible to advise you with so little information...............

Where is the seller located ?

Was the item "not as described" or was it a "change of mind " return ?

Did you open an official dispute through eBay ?

It was for faulty product. Seller tried to make me keep it for 1/2 price. Opened official dispute. Ebay said to sent it back with tracking and seller would be responsible for postage. Seller returned purchase price only and Ebay closed the case.

Does the tracking show that it was delivered ?

If it does then get back to eBay, ask to speak to a supervisor and show them that the item was delivered and they still haven't refunded the postage.

What was the item number (RHS of the listing page about halfway down) ?
