How do I contact eBay by telephone.
I am new to this and been advised to send the buyer a parcel from a SENDLE location.
I don't understand this and have tried their customer service with no answer

·10 months agoI looked at 2 of your listings. There are no postage method details. You might want to work out your preferred method of postage and add the method you choose to your listings by editing them.

I take it you selected sendle, or were offered a free label via ebay labels. As far as I am aware, you are only charged for sendle labels once they are used, so if you don't want to use sendle, just generate and use an AP label.
