I am trying to verify my account and change my email address, it keeps saying that my newer email is Taken. I can’t remember the other account as my last name is rare it has to be mine, can’t work this out. Can you please help.

Try changing your email address first in personal details. But if that email is used for another eBay account, you will need to use a completely new one.
