    I have a chat record that promises a supervisor will contact me. But that never happened.
                     

    How can I complain about this? Should I contact the Dept of Fair Trading with a complaint?

    Sounds like you got a pre-written/scripted response from base level cs, is that right?

     

    Have you tried again?

     

    What is the issue you need help from a supervisor with?

     

    Is it something other members here can help with?

    They are saying that they screwed up the billing for some shipments in July, I was asking them for some proof, which they refused to supply, before they deducted the money from my account.

    A supervisor will tell you exactly the same thing.

     

    And if you didn't use a label, YOU need to cancel it but there's a time limit.

     

    Did you receive all the information on 22nd January ? ....as advised by a very patient  eBay agent !

    I am pretty sure your last post is against forum rules and is likely to be removed. As for a CS promise of contact by a supervisor, in all likelyhood your CS rep is employed by a contracted company in India and as such nothing fair trading in Australia can do about it. I take it the issue related to unbilled postage labels, if so it is time to pay up.
