I have been charged AUD48.99 for marketplace GMBH without my authorization

I have been charged AUD 49 for eBay Marketplace GMBH without my authorization today. ( 18 March 2023 )

This is the 2nd time, it seems ebay does not ask me whether the subscription should be continued another year, it just debits from my PayPal account. I have canceled ebay plus straightaway on same day with the payment, please refund the subscription fee.

eBay won't ask if you want to continue, it's in the Terms & Conditions that YOU need to cancel otherwise it will roll-over for another year.

As you have cancelled ebay plus on the same day as your payment for subscription renewal was made. you need to contact ebay CS via live chat, and request a refund. The refund is not automatic and posting here does not meet the requirement of making your request to CS.

I think you have 14 days from date of payment to request a refund.
