I've followed instructions, apparently changed address at least twice, but when I go to buy an item, it comes up with my old address? Please help.

It has been a looooooooooooooooooong time since I changed my address in my eBay so I don't quite remember the exact wording when you do it Does it say anything along the lines of 'make this primary address' ? Is there a confirm button hidden somewhere? Have you changed you address in PayPal too (if that is how you pay) ? Does it let you change your address where you go to buy and it asks you to confirm address?
