Once I made two purchases from the same seller less than one day apart and they arrived 8 days apart...
I checked earlier and the last two sellers who left feedback for the OP both sell those socks, so I don't know from whom the OP bought them, but they both look dodgy to me, in particular the one registered in China with just over 96% positive fb...
We are just ordinary members here. You will have to first contact the seller, and if the seller does not help, you will have to open a dispute for INAD. Be very wary if the seller says they will send a replacement because many sellers say they are going to send a replacement and make the buyer wait until it is too late to open a dispute, then the replacement does not arrive.

Use the tools ebay has given you, and avoid buying garbage from dodgy sellers drop shipping from China
the last person you bought from has 15 negs in less than a month alone
