That's nice. We'd all like the same thing too, and so would eBay. That's precisely why they offer the Money Back Guarantee - just so people can get a refund if the item doesn't match the description 😉

If you've left it too late, you could try a chargeback through your bank.

If what you were sent is not what described, you need to open and follow through with an item not described dispute
Did you buy on this account or as a guest?
And are you within the 30 day time limit for eBay ?
