My payment has been on hold for months you guys asked for more information about the sale I did though and though ten times and I still can't get the money for what I sold on your eBay

With your account or the buyer's account ?

You needed to have been fully signed up to Managed Payments and verified to sell before listing anything
How do you mean you have been asked for more details about the sale?

But… let’s see if we can help.
Are you actually signed up to Managed Payments?
Have you verified your Australian transactional bank account? Is it in the exact same name as that on your eBay account?
Have you verified your ID by providing your photo ID?

If you have failed to do it correctly, you could do it 100 times and you would get nowhere
Name exactly matching on your eBay account, bank account and ID
Bank account that is capable of both withdrawals and deposits?
Photos of ID meeting the specified requirements?
Have you contacted eBay yet to see what they tell you?
