    my recent purchase id NOT showing in history
                     

    my recent item that has arrived is NOT showing in my pruchase history at all I have trie changing the drop down box - same computer same account all other purchases showing up

    Does the item number show in a Search ?

    Does it show if you enter the order number into the "Search Orders" Box on your Purchase History page ? 

     

    Did you buy with a different user ID ?

     

    Did you buy as a guest  ?
