On 11/1 I paid for an item I ordered on ebay. I'm not sure who the seller is as the debit on my account came up as Ebay Commerce Australia Pty Ltd. So far no item has been received. How can I contact seller?

Your purchase was a long time ago.
You only have 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an 'item not received' claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

To find the item, go to your Purchase History page and make sure the See Orders drop down box option is showing the correct timespan.
If the order's not there, did you purchase as a guest ?

If you can find the item and you've left it too late to open a claim through eBay's MBG, you have 180 days to file an 'item not received' dispute with Paypal , if that's how you paid
Or as a last resort, you may be able to file a chargeback with your bank
