Hello,
I am a new eBay seller, and I have a serious issue with my payouts.
Every time there is an advertising fee, selling fee, or any other charge, the money is deducted from my account immediately without any delay. However, although I have sold many products, I have not received a single payout to my bank account.
I have already selected different payout schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly), but no matter which option I choose, my earnings are never transferred to my bank account.
At this point, I have already paid advertising costs, selling fees, and other charges, and many of my products have been sold at a loss because of these expenses. Despite this, the remaining balance from my sales has still not been paid to me.
Please investigate my payout account and explain why my funds are being withheld. If there is any verification or account issue preventing the payout, please let me know exactly what needs to be completed.
I would like my available sales balance to be transferred to my bank account as soon as possible.

As a new seller, your funds would be on hold for up to 30 days but when you registered as a seller in Turkey, were you verified with your both your personal details and your Turkish bank account details or were you advised to use a verified Payoneer account ?
What does the Payments tab in your seller hub show ?
