You’ve only used the subject field rather than the body field of your post… so you haven’t been able to post the details.
Do you perhaps mean that you ordered something on eBay from America, and it’s showing delivery to a U.S. address in the tracking…? I’ll take a stab at it and guess that you’ve ordered through the GSP. That means the item is sent by the seller to a repacking facility domestically in the U.S. and from there it’s prepared for international shipping to Australia.

Sounds like the usual way purchases from The US that use GSP work and 100% normal
But as said, we can only 'guess' when you just post a comment in the heading

However I'll take a stab.
You have purchased items being sent with the eBay International Shipping Service.
These items are sent to a hub in the US before being shipped to you in Perth W.A.
Wait for the items to arrive... watch the WCE while waiting.
