verifying identity when you dont have a drivers licence or passport
I am about to have a nervous breakdown!!!!!!!!!!!!!, Ebay has suspended my payments until I verify my ID. I dont have a drivers licence or passport but I do have a valid Australian photo card. I have uploaded my card about 50 times and every time it gets rejected, I have spoken to about 20 different people who promise to look into it, write notes on my file but nothing ever happens!!!!!, Im at my wits end , this is the most frustrating experience I have ever had the misfortune to have

·2 years agoPhoto IDs cant be verified automatically, I really doubt ebay will allow you to post a signed copy of it to them to verify manually either.

·2 years agoYour ID details must have the exact same name as your ebay account.
E.g. your Gov't ID having Tom and your ebay account being Thomas - won't work.
Have you tried putting in the Gov't ID number into the driver's licence space?
