If you did not sign up (you would know if you clicked on a link/ad for Smartycashback, signed up and agreed to the t&c, it does'nt just happen without the person knowing they are doing it)
Usually you would log into your Smartycashback account and cancel in there.
But since you say you are not aware you did this, , you need to make sure someone else is not using your account (someone else in the home) OR someone outside without your knowledge(scammer/hacker),
report the charge to your bank, contact eBay and let them know your account may have been compromised for a start
If it was'nt you who created the account. you won't be able to close it, I would'nt imagine

·3 years agoAt a guess, given the amount, it would be the monthly fee you agreed to when you joined Smartycashback to get the $15 voucher
It is in the t&c you ticked as having read and agreed to, and is a monthly charge - $19 every month until you cancel your subscription
But as I say, just a guess when you only tell other members a dollar amount and what us to tell you what is is for
