    Did you wait too long to open a dispute? Real actual cars or toys cars. And if real cars, was it really through eBay, or was it the scammer who claims it is through eBay (the 12 year old scam where the woman is selling due to divorce/etc etc. You the buyer have all the tools, you need to use them
