I have purchased a cuckoo clock with minimalist chimer with pendulum teseJ. The instructions are very bad and poor and I am not able to set up the clock. I have tried to contact the seller but no reply. Very difficult to get to speak to an eBay agent. Very disappointed with the process.

eBay agents are not able to give you cuckoo clock instructions… Also, they won’t be able to force a seller to communicate with you. Rather, if the clock isn’t as described, open a return request for a full refund. Basis of claim: it can’t be assembled, so it’s not as described.
