·3 years agoWithout being rude can I ask what investigations you have made? As has been said no other members can check anything for you and Ebay sure do not read here.
If you are going to purchase on line you need to keep up with the "How Tos". That is your responsibility. I am guessing that a purchase from early Feb is supposedly coming from O/S. If you dont keep track, nobody else can help you.

Did yo get tracking?
What was the estimated delivery date?
Have you contacted the seller?
Where is the seller registered and what it their feedback as a seller like?
What is the item number?

OP3 years agoThank you . I orded two items on the same day . One arrived two weeks with post office tracking. the other was no tracking and has not arrived.

·3 years agoWe cannot investigate because we are just ordinary members here.
If an item does not arrive, you'll first have to contact the seller and let them know, and if they are not helpful you can open a case for item not received. You have 30 days since the last date of the ETA to open a case on eBay. I hope it is not too late. What was the estimated time of arrival and where is the seller registered (you can see this on their feedback page)?
If you used PayPal to pay, you have 180 days since the date of purchase.
