Postage
I am selling an item, and the system put $10 postage for international.
The cost is $23, but the buyer won't pay that.
If it was expensive I'd be happy to let it go, but it's 19% of the sale price so not a great deal for me.

Maybe you don't realise, but AUD$23 is only about USD$16, which is what the overseas buyer sees. Approximately 20% of my sales are international, so I know that buyers don't have an issue with the cost, especially when they see it is being sent tracked from half way around the world.
Alternatively, just offer postage within Australia only and remove all international selling.

Every single one of them.
