·2 years agoYou cannot. You must offer a payment method that is covered by the MBG in addition to COP if you do offer cash on pickup.
It’s the buyer’s choice as to whether they pay by cash or by whatever other method you offer. You can suggest cash on pickup as being more convenient for buyers as they can inspect the goods on pickup before proceeding, but you can’t insist on it.
By the way, if you haven’t already done so, you’ll need to sign up to Managed Payments before you sell anything on eBay. That includes verifying your ID and your bank account.
