We’re excited to announce that AI Responses is now available for all sellers to opt in and start using. This new feature is designed to help you save time and improve efficiency by using AI to draft responses to buyer messages based on information from your listings and order details.
- Intelligent Assistance
Once you enable AI Responses, eBay.ai will suggest replies to common buyer questions—drawing only from your listing and order details. These AI-generated suggestions can help streamline your customer service and speed up your response times. - Curated Topics
AI responses are only available for topics relating to item details and shipping, and avoids questions about pricing or offers
- Complete control
You remain in charge. AI-generated replies are never sent automatically. You’ll be able to review every suggestion and choose to ‘Use’ or ‘Dismiss’ each draft. If you choose to 'Use' you can edit any AI-generated message before sending it.

AI Responses are now available directly in My eBay Messages for all sellers. Look out for a pop-up notification prompting you to enable the feature. You can opt in at any time and turn it off whenever you like.
