If you list an eligible watch and it sells within the price range for complimentary Authenticity Guarantee, it'll be sent to our authentication centre where a team of professionally trained authenticators will verify it before it's sent to the buyer, at no extra cost to you.
For watches listed in the optional Authenticity Guarantee price range, buyers can add authentication at checkout for a fee, at no cost to you as the seller.
Which items are eligible?
For eligible AU listings sold to AU buyers:
*Watches must be listed in the Wristwatches category. Smartwatches, watch parts/accessories and customised watches are excluded. See T&Cs.
Once authenticated, your item is shipped directly to the buyer using free tracked express delivery. If the buyer returns your item, it'll be inspected again by our authenticators before being sent back to you.
