Our terms and conditions for using eBay Live
eBay Live shopping events enable sellers to showcase and offer items for sale to buyers through livestreaming.
We want to provide clear information about the terms which apply when using eBay Live and the policies which we have in place to help ensure a safe and trusted experience on eBay Live for everyone.
What you need to know
Buyers and sellers using eBay Live must follow our rules and guidelines when using eBay Live. We recently reviewed and updated our eBay Live policy to provide more extensive guidance on what content, behaviour and items are allowed on eBay Live.
Sellers using eBay Live should be aware of our terms for selling on eBay Live, including our eBay Live selling fees. While these were previously communicated to invited sellers directly, we have now amended the Fees and services section of our User Agreement to include this information.
Consistent with our User Agreement, only users aged 18 and over are permitted to participate in eBay Live.
