Reply to buyer messages faster than ever with AI Responses

We’re rolling out AI Responses, a new feature designed to save you time by leveraging AI to respond to buyer questions. When you enable this feature, eBay.ai automatically drafts responses to buyer questions using information already available in your listing and order details.
By enabling AI Responses, you can streamline your customer interactions by receiving suggested answers to buyer questions.
- Intelligent Assistance
Once you opt in, AI Responses will suggest answers to buyer questions, only using information available in your listing and order details.
- Curated Topics
AI responses are only available for topics relating to item details and shipping, and avoids questions about pricing or offers
- Complete Control
Suggested responses are not visible to buyers, allowing you to review and edit them before sending. You'll have full control and will be able to select to 'Use' or 'Dismiss' which responses are being sent to buyers. If you select 'Use' you will have the option to edit the response before sending.
How it works
The option to opt in or disable the feature will be progressively launched to sellers and is currently available in My eBay Messages for select sellers.
You'll get a pop-up notification in My eBay Messages prompting you to enable it. The feature can be disabled anytime.
