At eBay, we’re committed to making our policies clear and our services easy to use. We wanted to let you know that we’re updating our Discounts Manager Terms and Conditions, which will be renamed the eBay Pricing and Discounts Manager Terms and Conditions, effective from 13 August 2026.

We’re revising the eBay Pricing and Discounts Terms and Conditions primarily to clarify and reorganise the existing terms to make them easier to read and understand. 

We’ve also clarified the scope of the terms and conditions to include all related eBay tools and functionalities, and to clarify sellers’ responsibilities when using those tools. 

If you do not agree to the proposed changes, you should stop using the Discounts Manager and any relevant pricing tools governed by the eBay Pricing and Discounts Terms and Conditions, pursuant to Section 13 (Miscellaneous), at any time before 13 August 2026.
