Funds remain on hold, though item delivered.

Question

Sold an item on ebay and personally delivered the item, of which I have dash cam footage. Buyer was happy and texted me that he confirmed receiving the item on ebay page. However, 5 days later the funds are still on hold and I have not received a transaction ID. I tried to contact ebay, but they are sending me in loops (automated chat-bots etc.).

Not sure what to do. Why is ebay not giving me my money? Can't trust ebay anymore!

You only have 2 recent sales, so you are deemed to be a new seller, as such your funds will be held for at least 21 days. To have funds released early, at ebays discretion, you must have valid proof of delivery + positive FB from the buyer.
