Hello, I have had two separate amounts from ebay charged through PayPal to a separate bank account.

I hope that you have reported any unauthorised/suspicious activity to your bank before coming to tell other members about it?

Are they for eBay purchases that you or a family member have made ?

If yes, could they have been paid for by a credit or debit card attached to the separate account and not paid by Paypal ?

If PayPal don't have your bank account or card details, then I highly doubt they made the debit.

It sounds more like you've had money taken by a scammer. They usually make a debit to test the availability of funds, and then debit a higher amount.

Are the transactions showing in your PayPal account activity?

If not, contact your bank and block the credit/debit card which they've gained access to immediately.
