I haven't received the money from something I sold yet

Hi All,

I really need some help clarifying what to do, as the ebay system seems absolutely terrible without any actual human help via contact number or anything, just bloody Q&As..

I am a seller and just started selling stuff on Ebay, but I made the mistake of sending the wrong items to 2 buyers (switched them accidently).

I've gone through the process of getting the items returned and I have refunded them via my own account, as it seemed to be the only way.

But now I'm literally down the price of the items im selling, as if I had paid for my own items and Ebay still has not paid me.

Both items actual order status is now 'Completed' and when I check the payment page for this they both say 'This order is complete and we've made the funds available for payout.'

One was completed on 9th and the refund for it was completed on 12th.

The other order was completed on 7th and refund completed on 15th.

I really hate this whole system for the seller, I'm so confused on how to manage half of this stuff.

Any help would be appreciated.
