Incorrect pay
Hello,
I sold the item, customer paid for delivery. It appears my total has taken the delivery pay out of the price of the item. I can’t find a way to contact eBay if this is the case.
hope this makes sense, any help would be appreciated 🙂

That happens if you use eBay postage.
Or did you think, after the buyer pays you for postage, you don't have to pay for postage out of those funds?
A lot more information required to determine which part of eBay T&Cs you have ignored.

·3 years agoCan you please specify if the total the buyer paid was incomplete or if you think eBay hasn't paid you the full amount? If you think eBay hasn't paid you the full amount, it is because you have to pay fees when you sell something.
As for contacting eBay, you can contact them from the help page if you scroll down and go through all the options to start a live chat (during business hours).
