    You've obviously worked it out since you have marked you own comment as solved, which is good to see 

     

    Was it indeed a scam, or simply this working how it should?

    Was charged 2 times for the same item, money for 1st was put back into my acc all good now.

    Have you reported this 'scam' ?

     

    Have you notified your bank?

     

    OR 

     

    Have you  really been charged twice

     

    Or have you been charged the way it usually works?
