money sent to wrong account

Question

When I the customer received their package, the money got sent to an account that I don't know, I changed the payment method but it doesn't change the fact that the money got sent to this unknown account. PLEASE HELP!

Is the payment for the item you sold on 11th January ?

As a new seller , your payment would generally be on hold for 30 Days .

Have you registered to sell and signed up for managed payments ?

Can't help without relevant information. Have you signed up for Managed Payments? You can't change payment method. Money always goes to the bank account you have registered with Managed Payments.
