Hi,
I have not been paid for an item I sold on eBay which was due for payment February 11th. I cannot get anybody who is a living person to talk to and the automated chat gives me an option to get a call. Its only for Canada and USA. I’m in Australia, anyone know how to talk to someone.

·1 year agoyou too? Ebay have my funds on hold for over a week because i need to provide a passport drivers license. I dont drive and i dont have a passport. I've spoken to eBay both in chat and via telephone but they wont/cant fix the problem. I've been selling on eBay for over 10 years and signed up with Photo ID card and Utility Bill. Now all of a sudden they want a drivers license or passport.
Has they resolved your problem and if so how?

·2 years agoIf you mean the buyer has not paid then cancel the order using reason "buyer has not paid". No need to speak to anyone from ebay.
If however you mean eBay has not passed that payment on to you then you should be able to organise a callback through chat- even for Australia! Maybe double check the help page you access the chat from ends in .au?
Btw. Are the paintings you sell all your own work? Some of them are pretty good! And I love your responses to feedback.

·2 years agoWhy have you waited so long - a buyer has 4 days to pay - before you are able to open an unpaid item.
Do it.

·2 years agoMake sure you don't wait too long, as after 30 days you won't be able to cancel, and if you don't cancel eBay will consider the item "sold" and charge you fees.
I would also block this buyer.

Cancel with the reason “Buyer didn’t pay”.
