Payments on hold.
Hi.i sell swapcards most cost $1 to $4 dollars,i have had my payments. held because i dont use tracking..seriously.ftracking..seriously.for a card.hcard.has anyone else selling cards had this problem.

This is to allow eBay to cover their moneyback guarantee period.
You just need to work with this knowledge and expectation moving forward
