Most likely funds on hold for 30 days.

Was it on this account you sold
You have no feedback as as seller, so your funds will be on hold for 30 days like everyone else (as agreed to when you listed)
That is assuming you fully and correctly signed up for Managed Payments and were told you can start selling by eBay
If not, you won't be paid at all
If you are saying they got the tickets the same day you sold. obviously they must have either picked up from you, or you delivered to them, so I hope you can prove delivery
