who is this shop? it seems I can't look for a reference number that has been used to charge to my credit card twice! I can't find anywhere that I can look up subscriptions etc.

It's not a shop, its a reference number for eBay purchases paid by card.

Does it show (card) Purchase eBay O*02-12980-52760 Sydney AU ...followed by your disguised card number ?

You seem to be buying multiple items from some sellers .

Have you checked your purchase history page and used the drop down box option > See Orders to set the correct timespan ?

Or did you buy as a guest ?

If you did not authorise charges made to your account/card, what you should be doing is notifying your bank so they can cancel the card and investigate

Rather than expecting other members to know what you have bought or subscribed to

In case anyone else has this issue - I phoned Ebay and they explained to me. If you buy something on Ebay and also do a donation to a charity in the same transaction, both the seller and the charity do authorisation checks on your credit card for the full amount - not just their charge. The full amount will only be actually charged once to your credit card.
