Buy It Now Pricing not working
I am trying to list but the error message keeps coming up that I need to put in a buy it now more than $1. I am definitely putting in a price. Have logged out and back in and issue is still happening. I have tried a few listings and all the same.

eBay's lack of customer service
I'm newish to eBay (been at it a few months), I had a few issues/questions I raised with eBay live chat, they were extremely unhelpful, it seemed like there was a MASSIVE language barrier, they replied in scripts that weren't applicable to my questions, I've asked questions 5 times like "how do I complain about your unprofessional conduct" to which I get a generic script like "I understand your frustration, what were you needing help with today", showing they aren't listening to what I'm saying. I've spent 1 1/2+ hours, got transferred 6+ times, no one trying to assist. It's almost as bad as Meta/FB Marketplace staff.

trouble with listing

Refunds constantly showing as 'processing' but then don't go through
I wondered if anyone else is having recent issues with the refund process as a seller. I have had issues on and off for a month or two, but the past week whenever I issue a refund (which I do as way of providing discount to customer) it says it's processing, but then I never get a notification to say it's gone through. Each time I'm having to contact ebay who then say they have to escalate it, then they say they have to push it through manually. I asked why this is happening but have not been given a reason. So I wondered if it's just a glitch on my account or if others are having same issue. One I had a couple of weeks ago was a customer cancelled, so I approved the cancellation, and thought no more of it - then a week later received a notification saying that it couldn't be processed. Then I couldn't re-cancel or refund, customer couldn't do anything on their end. After many contacts with ebay, and no one was able to advise what the problem was, it eventually went through. It's just getting very frustrating having to contact customer service every day to ask them to manually process the refund!

eBay has wrong tracking number and will not pay
I sold an item and posted it the same day I was advised it had been bought. A week later I contacted the buyer - yes they had received the item, but I haven't received the money. It turns out that when I posted the item with AusPost it was given a tracking number, as I would expect. But eBay gave the item another tracking number. They now say the item with their tracking number has not been delivered. When I tried to add the AusPost tracking number the website says it cannot be added for my item. I contacted the buyer and they say there is nothing on the buyers page that lets them notify eBay that the item was delivered. I cannot call eBay, don't know the number. Does anyone know what my next step should be? Any assitance would be gratefully received.

New Listing Time Stamps
Signed in today and went to check a saved search for new listings in 4K Blu-rays and yes I get a list, but there are No time stamps on the new listings. So, is this a new "feature" and are we expected to remember which particular listing we were up to, (on multiple searches), when I go to check them in a few hours???? Or is this a major issue for tech support to fix????

eBay social page issues
My eBay social page unlinked to my Facebook and Instagram pages a few days ago. I have tried to relink and I have been getting an error code of feature unavailable. I have contacted eBay on Wednesday 5/8 and was told by agent that it would be escalated and would be back in touch between 24-48 hours. I have had no reply from eBay and it's now 8/8 and it's still not working. I have been on eBay for 16 years plus and this last year has been the worst with issues so over it.
