a carrier is refusing to ship my item forward
My item is stuck in a Hub since 25.10.2024. Last message on the tracking system said: "Carrier refused to ship item forward - Unfortunately your item cannot be delivered". What is going on??? Can you please resolve this issue and inform me about a progress with the delivery of my item. Your assistance with this matter is highly appreciated. Thank you.

·1 year agoOP, unfortunately the carriers involved in eIP or the GSP (eBay International Shipping Program or Global Shipping Program) will deem some items to be banned items, even if they’re not. There is no arguing with them. They’ll simply not deliver the item.
Some items that have fallen into this abyss of non-delivery include butter knives, a drum, anything that might once have contained fuel (even if it’s empty and clean now)…

If the carrier has deemed it unsafe or even illegal, that is for good reason
Have you contacted the carrier and asked why?
Have you tried to ship something you are not allowed to and hoped it would slip through anyway?
What was the item and where was it coming from?
