Aus Post International Standard listed as no longer available after item purchased by buyer | Report eBay Technical Issues

I sold something yesterday that I initially chose Australia Post International Standard for. The buyer is in America and when I try to generate a shipping label, it's coming up as No Service Available. I messaged the buyer right away to let them know and I haven't received a reply back from them yet. Any ideas?
