Aus to US shipping issues - postage label “No Service Available”
Summary: allthatglistens25 is experiencing difficulties with purchasing an international postage label for a sale on eBay, as the platform shows 'No services available' for shipping to the US. They previously sought help via chat but were disconnected. caviera_83 initially suggested buying the label directly from Australia Post, but this was corrected by other participants who pointed out that this solution wouldn't work without an eBay Pro subscription. Participants sandypebbles and *casey* advised that due to the limitations of a free seller account, allthatglistens25 should cancel the sale due to 'problem with buyer's address' and revise their listings to avoid future issues.
I need help with an international postage label. The buyer selected Australia Post International Standard and paid $71.70 postage, but eBay is showing “No services available” when I try to purchase the label, both in the app and browser.
I previously spoke with an online agent in the chat, who was looking into the issue, but the chat ended because the system said I wasn’t responding. His response was taking a while, and the last message sent was actually from me. The AI bot now won’t connect me to another chat agent.
My order has a ship-by date of 4 September, so I need to know how to proceed.
As I am a “free seller” account, I am hesitant to purchase postage myself.

Listen to Casey. The advice is sound.
The other reply is nothing but misinformation. The author is either off with the fairies, or trying to get their kicks out of deliberately leading you astray.
There is currently no way to link a Zonos account with eBay - it's just not possible.

No one should be advising you how to break the rules and eBay won't help you either!
As you've found out, you can't print an eBay label to the US.
Apart from the fact that you're Free Selling and not allowed to use an Australia Post business account, if you do your own thing, you won't be able to upload tracking and your payment will be on hold for up 31 days.
Chances are, that may trigger holds on other payments.
I recommend you apologise to the buyer and cancel the order > Problem with buyer's address.
Then revise your listings so this won't happen again

OP, follow this advice.

·1 week ago · EditedHi,
Correcting my earlier comment (now removed). Sandypebbles was right to pull me up. Setting up MyPost Business won’t fix the “No services available” message, because eBay has disabled Australia Post International services on eBay Labels for US-bound orders due to the tariff changes. It’s a block on eBay’s side, not a settings issue on yours.
My labels started working because I was buying them through my MyPost Business account, outside eBay, not because eBay’s system came good.
From my understanding, your actual options are: buy the label through MyPost Business, or use a commercial carrier like UPS, DHL or FedEx. One catch since you’re on free selling: eBay requires eBay labels on that plan, so you can’t upload outside tracking while enrolled. You’d likely need to switch to a Pro plan first. Worth confirming with eBay support before buying postage.
Sorry for the confusion, and good luck making your 4 September ship-by date.

·1 week agoIs there a reason you are giving the OP totally incorrect 'advice' ?
So in short, don't

That information is still wrong - even after the edit. There's no way to upload any tracking numbers without a Pro subscription.
So please stop trying to cause confusion and lead people astray with misinformation.

The OP cannot do this, and will not be paid if they follow your 'advice'
Please read up on free selling requirements if you are going to give advice on free selling
The OP cannot upload a tracking number if they do not use an eBay label and they cannot use an eBay to post to the US
The OP does not have any option but to cancel the sale with the reason 'problem with buyer's address'
