·3 months ago · EditedIt is still working fine here. Has anything changed with your account, free selling, requirement to use ebay labels, etc. Have you tried re-integrating your AP account with your ebay account.

OP3 months agoeBay has changed I am a pro seller and use Australia Post Business. Use to work but not now . Australia Post transfers the items from eBay but does not transfer the tracking numbers to eBay . AP have advised me to not to use the address transferred but enter it manually and the first line must have the eBay Virtual Tracking Number (eVTN) code, which is "ebay" plus 7 characters, Australia Post now puts the whole address Use to work but god knows what has happened. They also advised International tracking has to be entered manually as they don't include this code. Everything worked until good old eBay changed things

There are however numerous similar threads about the issue, one of which where it is an Australia Post issue, many others the issue is the sellers in question are required to use eBay labels, which they refuse to do and expect Australia Post tracking will work for them
You would need to ask eBay/Australia Post if the answers you seek have not already been given by other members
