Buy It Now Pricing not working

I am trying to list but the error message keeps coming up that I need to put in a buy it now more than $1. I am definitely putting in a price. Have logged out and back in and issue is still happening. I have tried a few listings and all the same.

·3 weeks agowork around is: save from inactive to drafts and list from phone app from drafts or inactive it seems to work

·3 weeks agoYes! Having the same problem! The mobile phone app is not the answer and I find irritating to use.

·3 weeks agoyes I did the same. I think everyone needs to keep reporting and flood the zone so that they actually do something. The chatbots are useless!

·3 weeks agosame problem here using a pc the only way i can list is
find an item in your store with the same buy it now price as the item you want to list
example i just listed a board game using bulk load of magazines (sell similar item)
then of course when filling in new listing change all the details in the new listing from books mags to toys board games and change your own store category ,its a pain but it worked i hope they fix this problem soon

·3 weeks agoSaved the listing as a draft in my computer, opened the draft in my phone Ebay app, put in price and bingo it listed no problem.

I am unable to revise a Buy It Now price on an existing auction without it reverting back to the original price. I have tried the Tab button as suggested, and different desktop browsers (Safari, Chrome, Edge) without success. It has been happening since Friday afternoon. Ebay's answer seems to be to use your phone to list.

OP3 weeks agoYes I talked to EBay and they just suggested listing using phone app. I also tried tabbing but didn’t work for me. Hopefully with next weeks listings it will get better. I’m having the weekend off listing 🤪🤪

I used Sell Similar with the same price, where I had one.
And editing from Seller Hub once scheduled/listed, where I didn't.

·3 weeks agoIt's an ebay issue. Changing the price triggers some background event that probably does some checks that seems to be timing out preventing you to enter a price. See my video.

·3 weeks agoI've had a similar problem in the past.
Try entering the new amount, then hitting the tab button. That sometimes makes the new amount stick. You might have to do it a few times before it works.
Other than that, hopefully it's just Friday.

·3 weeks agoI did that and tried a few times - I thought success when it finally said it was listed. And then it completely disappeared - have searched for it and there's nothing.
