Dear eBay
I cannot sign in to my eBay account.
I have reset my password successfully but when I try to sign in again, I get “Sign-in initiated We’ve sent a notification to your device” message but the notification is never received.
I am unable to get online help because I cannot sign in to my account.
Please help.

·2 years agoI just came here looking for the same answer. I was able to figure out that I had to reactivate the 2 step verification to get the push notification on my device. Once that’s done it works. I was logged in on my iPad so used it to turn it back on to be able to log in on my iPhone. Hope this helps
