claim for tracking information
Unable to add tracking details but item has been sent. Ebay telling me that l need to add tracking details but won't allow me with the new printing go postage labels. Sent item when the new postage printing started it was a cross over in the system

·1 month agoAs far as I am aware, free selling came into effect in May and you had to start using Ebay Postage from start of June as part of the "crossover"
It is now end of June!
When using eBay Postage you don't have to add tracking as it is automated so it seems like you have gone and done your own thing.

Do you mean the buyer has opened an item not received case / claim ?
Or that your payment isn't available yet ?
