Contacting seller
I have done this before with no problems, but now, I can't type anything in the contact seller popup.
Anyone else having this problem?

·1 year agoAre you clicking on the "send message" text? If you see a checkbox to send a copy to your email, you should be able to enter your text just above that.
If not, perhaps the seller does not allow messages.

And you are definitely not the only one struggling with the new message page; eBay has made the whole thing quite confusing.

·1 year agoNo problems here on WIN 10 and Firefox.
Try clearing cache and cookies and rebooting your computer and/or try another browser.
