Hello everyone,
I am currently experiencing what appears to be a technical issue on eBay.
I operate three separate eBay stores, and the same warning is appearing across all three stores on some listings.
The affected listings display the following message:
A Children's Product Certificate is missing. Add a CPC to make your listing visible to US buyers. (2)
A General Certificate of Conformity is missing. Add a GCC to make your listing visible to US buyers. (4)
The affected items are adult shoes and sheepskin products, not children's products.
Because the exact same issue is occurring across multiple stores, I suspect this may be a system or category classification issue rather than a problem with individual listings.
Today I contacted eBay Customer Support. After reviewing screenshots and the listing details, my case was escalated for investigation. I was informed that I should receive a response within three days.
I wanted to post here to see whether any other sellers are experiencing the same issue.

·2 weeks agoYes I am having the exact same issue. I contacted ebay customer support over a week ago and I was told I would get a call back but nobody has been in touch and the error is still there. If you hear anything or find a fix to this issue please post here. My sales have completely tanked and I suspect this could by why.
