E-mail box problem
Hi,
From February 2024 I cannot see any post in my "Sent" box. I have only the messages from others to me and their answers, but I couldn't see what I wrote to them. It makes all the correspondence unuseful, as I haven't the context of the situation that I'm corresponding about. Please, help me to solve this problem.

·2 years agoYou’ll probably need to speak to CS Live Chat about this, as it appears to be a technical problem and the community can’t fix that.
Note: you're not contacting eBay by posting on these boards. They are public forums on which any eBay member can post, and the responders are, like you, fellow eBay members who give voluntary helpful advice and information.
The other possibility is … do you mean that you’ve only noticed this today? (My first reading of your post was that you’ve noticed this since February.)
If you’ve just noticed the issue, it is probably an effect of the usual eBay Friday glitch. Give it a few hours …
