Ebay has duplicated some my listing and when I remove there was no actual duplication at all | Report eBay Technical Issues

So the issue is I relisted some items last night and my total number of listing grew from @ 1,000 to 1,500 with the 500 being duplicates. I did not list or relist the duplicates . When I remove some then the live auction also goes down. Consequentially my listings are in a right mess. I have been waiting on the chat ine for 5 hours when it tells me 1 minute. Anyone help???
