eBay social page issues

My eBay social page unlinked to my Facebook and Instagram pages a few days ago. I have tried to relink and I have been getting an error code of feature unavailable.
I have contacted eBay on Wednesday 5/8 and was told by agent that it would be escalated and would be back in touch between 24-48 hours.
I have had no reply from eBay and it's now 8/8 and it's still not working. I have been on eBay for 16 years plus and this last year has been the worst with issues so over it.

Someone else on the US site has more recently tagged kyle@ebay, asking for an update.

·1 month ago · EditedIt's a known eBay technical issue , also happening on other eBay sites, and according to eBay staff is being looked at .
