False ‘sold’ message
I have two items being marked as ‘sold’ while I havent had any contact with the buyer. The buyer is also not responding when I contact them. This looks like spam or a glitch in the system? Anyone elsw having the same issues?

·3 years agoYou do not get messages from the buyer.
Do you have emails from ebay, starting with, YOU MADE THE SALE, if so you are required to post the items.
You appear to be a new/infrequent seller, in which case your funds will be held by ebay for a minimum 14 days
and 10% held for 60 days.
In seller hub overview, does it show 2 items awaiting postage, if so you are required to ship them, you do not get to wait for your funds to be released.
Alternatively, in seller hub, open orders. from there you can see the status of your orders, awaiting payment, awaiting postage etc.
As jelly said, you have made 2 sales.

They could very well have been paid and not realise it!

·3 years agoYou have 2 sold items - on the 8th and the 15th.
It sounds like you haven't been paid for either of those, although the one from the 15th still has time to pay up. After 4 calendar days with no payment, you can cancel the sale and a non-payment strike will be issued against the buyer. Make sure you put the buyer on your blocked list.
Unfortunately, whenever you auction items, you are always at the mercy of buyers who mess you around, especially when they change their minds after bidding ends.
The only alternative is to set a Buy It Now price at a figure you are happy with and activate "Immediate Payment", so that you have no further issues.
As mentioned, are you fully signed up for Managed Payments? You will never get any money if you don't verify both yourself and a bank account. Highly recommend you read all about the new system, as well as holding periods for your funds. There is no more Paypal for sellers, so if you were expecting funds to land in a PP account, it won't happen. Everything you need to know is in your Seller Hub.

·3 years agoIf there was a buyer, then, as far as eBay is concerned, the item is 'sold' even when the buyer has not paid
How long since the items 'sold'?
Have you reported the non payment?
And most importantly, have you fully completed sign up for Managed Payments and been given the go ahead to start selling? and are you aware eBay consider you a 'new' seller since you have not sold anything recently ?
